Better to prevent than treat

Preventing any health problem is easier, less expensive and better all around. When a health problem occurs the doctors visits, insurance fees, days missed from work, expenses, and the list goes on. Easy steps you can take to prevent health problems and to feel better. First is healthy diet, eat right and you will avoid a whole list of problems: getting fat, heart attack, feeling tired, stomach problems, high cholesterol, diabetes, and so on. Second is to exercise, take vitamins, drink plenty of water, take time to relax, get your regular check ups. These are just few things everybody can start doing now to become healthier and it does not cost much especially when you compare it to a doctors bill or hospital bill.
